I am back !

OK, so i know im extremely behind with my blogging but i have been incredibly busy finishing up my studies this year. This doesn't particularly mean I haven't been keeping up with Spring/Summer 2010 collections that was shown a few months ago. I have gathered some of my favorite pieces and collections together. There are so many collections that I ADORE but these are JUST A FEW that i thought that i might share with you!

A fresh new look I especially loved the menswear in this collection, perfect colour palette!

Marc Jacobs -

Words cannot describe how amazing this is, Marc REALLY picked up from his last collection. I am loving the pale faces, tight buns and big ruffles and it's also very wearable pieces!

Alexander McQueen -

WOW WOW WOW now who wouldn't want one of these dresses!!! The prints, the make-up, the hair, the shoes (INSANE), dam McQueen you always impress me!

Object That Dreams

Yesterday afternoon after a nice lunch down at the cafe and playing a good old game of Scrabble, I decided to give my library a visit. I came across this amazing book called "Object That Dreams" by Zoren Gold and Minori. It had so many beautiful pictures inside it... I absolutely LOVED IT! These are a few of my favorites below that I had taken with my iPhone, I ended up taking about 100+ shots. Finally the weekend has arrived!

I found this collection flowed really well especially with the clean cut edges and the different colours used throughout the collection, the shoes is a very cute touch to the look. I also think the bags looks great in all the different colours, i personally like the blue and yellow one.

I really loved this because i found it too be very elegant and sophisticated at the same time, the cut out on the shoulders of the orange dress is just divine!!!

There has been a lack of posts due to assignments, exams and work... i am finally on holidays for three weeks now woohoo :) a couple of weeks ago i was watching a documentry about various artists, it was very interesting especially when they interviewed an artist Satre Stuelke i found his work really beautiful and alive something i never seen before!

bow hair-do look alike

As i was searching through google images i stumbled across this picture of Paris Hilton with a hair-do that looked very familiar.... Lady Gaga?? yes Lady Gaga and her famous bow hair-do, i love and appreciate her style but i think the fame is getting to her head.

The point is who looks better ?

Miss Hilton does give it that very classic look whereas Gaga gives it that extra edge unlike Miss Hilton. I personally prefer it on Lady Gaga...

Last week i purchased this vintage jacket on ebay, i always wanted a sequin jacket but always found it a bit hard to find in thrift stores from where i live.... i was stoked when i saw the abstract pattern and love the silver and black together, my package should arrive this week!

Jeggings

So theres been the discussion about jeggings (jean like leggings) weather they are a good look or not. Personally I think its the way how you style it.

For example Whitney Port looking casual with jeggings but definately can not pull it off as they are too short and doesnt particulary look good with the converse all stars. But i guess this outfit is quickly thrown together for a day out to play ball.

Unlike Whitney Port this girls jeggings has been really nicely put together!

rain rain don't go away

Today i woke up to the sound of the pouring rain, lately the weather has been really gloomy and rainy which is FANTASTIC! You may think i am weird but this is very unusual for my city as it is usually always humid, sticky and hot!!! so its so nice to have a change and now i finally have an excuse to layer up the clothes yay

Caroline Sieber in a Chanel suit as we all know, but what i want to know is she able to pull it off with that bit of skin showing?? i personally dont think she can, not a big fan on this look on her unfortunately! i like the bag though :)

P.Wolf

Patrick Wolf a London born musician and who is truly talented can play several instruments such as the piano, organ, viola, guitar, violin + more! That is seriously some musical talent going on there…I was browsing through some pictures of him and I find his style quite intriguing and I totally admire his colour change in his hair, but I must say I quite like the red/orange as it stands out the most and generally hair that colour is quite hard to co-ordinate with clothing but P.Wolf here can totally pull it off!

It also only came to my realization but Patrick Wolf modelled in the Burberry's fall 2007 fashion campaign…looking fabulous I must say!
